Proposed Zoning Map Amendments


Following two public workshop meetings and deliberation the Middletown Planning Board has recommended to the Town Council five amendments to the Zoning Map necessary to bring zoning designations of certain properties into conformance with the Future Land Use Plan of the Middletown Comprehensive Community Plan. Three of the amendments have been adopted. The Town Council is expected to schedule public hearings to discuss the remaining proposed changes in the coming weeks.

Information regarding each of the proposed amendments is available in the Middletown Planning Department, 2nd Floor of Town Hall, 350 East Main Road, between the hours of 8am – 4pm, Monday through Friday or by calling 401-849-4027. Please contact the Planning Department with any questions.
